Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the online purchase, via the Colissimo service of La Poste.

It is also possible to come and collect the items on site at our showroom located in Bordeaux (rue de Lisleferme). To do so, write to us at contact@odette-vintage.com

The amount (flat rate) of delivery costs may vary depending on the destination area:

France, Andorra, Monaco

> 8 € in Colissimo Standard, home delivery with signature (48h to 72h).

Overseas

> 12€ in Colissimo eco (between 11 and 18 days)

Europe(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)

> 22 € in Colissimo Standard with signature (3 to 8 working days).

Rest of the world

> 29 € in Colissimo Standard with signature (3 to 8 working days)

If your country is not available in the delivery options, you can send an email to contact@odette-vintage.com in order to agree together on a suitable delivery method.

The order is shipped to the address indicated during the ordering process. Please ensure its accuracy. In the event of a return of an order due to an address entry error, the new shipping costs will remain your responsibility.

For non-European countries, any customs charges may be billed to the recipient by the delivery provider.
